This registered trademarked dance fitness format is second to none! We've been moving and grooving since 2015 and trade marked since 2019. OG - Old School Funk® is playing all the best hits from the 50's, 60's, 70's, and 80's and our NEW class, Old School Funk® - Two legit to quit, is all you favorite hits from the 80's, 90's, and Y2k. We also offer Milestone celebrations. Please email us or go to bookings and schedule a discovery call, we will help you plan the time of your life and bring Old School Funk® to you. Locations & DJ connections are available. 10X Bonuses to dance: 1. Improves agility and flexibility 2. Improves balance and coordination 3. Improves cardiovascular health 4. Provides an opportunity to socialize 2 X Classes to choose from: 1. OG - Old School Funk® - Approximately 32x classes a year. Classes are held at the Legion in Hamilton, Branch 163. upstairs. The class is 45min of dance, we begin with 15 min of socialization We run 8 weeks in the fall, winter, and spring and 4 weeks during Christmas season and 4 weeks for our summer FUNK. We are off 2-3 weeks in between. After each class, there is always some members going for a coffee an continuing the conversations. We also have our annual summer pop up, and season wrap up before summer ends, this could consist of many ideas, such as dinner and theatre, etc. These classes are geared toward the adult and active senior sector. This is for our 1940's and up babies. Having said that, if you love the music, Twist on in and join us. ______ Two Legit to Quit. PYT's - Old School Funk®, As of right now these classes are POP UP only and posted on our event page, You can also book a private class(s)/ package for you & your friend(s). These classes are 45min. Cancelation Policy

No refunds or cancellations on any classes. However they are transferable. All one one one sessions require a strict 24hr policy. All requests must be emailed to lovemylifeinc@gmail.com Thank you!
